a little gem of a neighborhood

I don't want to post anymore pics of my place until my countertops are on, so I thought I would post about Atlanta. Leeman and I are quickly falling in love with this city and you will soon see why. It is easy to imagine someone visiting Atlanta and missing all the good stuff because the good parts of town are tucked away and sort of hidden. I lived nearby in Athens for years, but never realized how much this place had to offer. Traffic alone had me convinced no place could be worth sitting in your car for an hour only to go a couple of miles. I am quickly realizing once you live in town or itp (in the perimeter) you really don't have to fight the traffic. Anyway, Melissa and Stephen had me meet them in/around Inman Park the other day and it is just picture perfect. It did not hurt that it was sort of a spring fever feeling day and we just walked around. Above are some photos that sum up the area. I immediately got home, investigated the real estate, and concluded this area isn't exactly a secret. With 1 bedroom condos in the 300's and houses in the millions it's a no brainer this place is awesome! Inman park is about a mile and a half from our place with a big park and little kiddies running around. Hope you enjoy!
